Security is important for us and for that reason is root login over SSH by default disabled. When we deliver your server you get the password for the administrator user. When you login to your server for the first time you need to change the password, after that you can gain root with sudo. You can always enable root login but we would advise to get a strong firewall and use at least key authentication.
